Jungle Bands are resistive bands to help decrease warmup times and injuries. Use them for the lower body and get your hips, glutes and quads activating. Or place them on your wrist to warm up those shoulders and strengthen the rotator cuff. No matter what fitness level you are, Jungle Bands are a great addition to any program.
